Abu Hurairah reported,

I think he said that from the right of the Throne, in the seventh heaven, a caller cries out, "Grant the one who spends a replacement, and bring ruin upon the one who withholds," or he said, "hasten ruin for the one who withholds."

قال وأحسبه قال عن يمين العرش مناد ينادي في السماء السابعة أعط منفقا خلفا وأعط أو عجل لممسك تلفا
