Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establish the prayer, and pay the zakat. Once they do so, their blood and property are inviolable to me, and their reckoning rests with Allah ."

حدثنا عفان حدثنا عبد الواحد بن زياد حدثنا سعيد بن كثير بن عبيد قال حدثني أبي أنه

سمع أبا هريرة يقول

قال رسول الله ﷺ أمرت أن أقاتل الناس حتى يشهدوا أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله ويقيموا الصلاة ويؤتوا الزكاة ثم قد حرم علي دماءهم وأموالهم وحسابهم على الله عز وجل
