The Prophet ﷺ said, "When one of you eats, let him lick his fingers, for he does not know which of them holds the blessing."
قال حدثناه عفان بهذا الإسناد عن النبي ﷺ قال إذا أكل أحدكم فليلعقن أصابعه فإنه لا يدري في أيتهن البركة
Muslim and Tirmidhi narrated it from Abu Hurairah, Tabarani narrated it in al-Kabir from Zayd bin Thabit, and Tabarani narrated it in al-Awsat from Anas. Suyuti narrated it in al-Jami al-Saghir with the wording, "When one of you eats food, let him lick his fingers, for he does not know in which part of his food the blessing lies," and he indicated that the hadith is sahih.
