The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "While I was asleep, I saw myself drawing water at my trough, giving the people to drink. Abu Bakr came to me and took the bucket from my hand to relieve me, and he drew a bucketful or two, but there was weakness in his drawing. Then Ibn Khattab came to me, and may Allah forgive him, and he took it from me. No man drew as he drew, until the people had all turned away satisfied and the trough was gushing over."
وقال رسول الله ﷺ بينما أنا نائم رأيت أني أنزع على حوضي أسقي الناس فأتاني أبو بكر فأخذ الدلو من يدي ليرفه حتى نزع ذنوبا أو ذنوبين وفي نزعه ضعف قال فأتاني ابن الخطاب والله يغفر له فأخذها مني فلم ينزع رجل حتى تولى الناس والحوض يتفجر
