The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should call grapes 'the noble one.' The truly noble one is the Muslim man."
وقال رسول الله ﷺ لا يقل أحدكم للعنب الكرم إنما الكرم الرجل المسلم
This hadith is also found in the individual manuscript, numbered 77. Muslim narrated it [7:46 S / 2:197 Bulaq] through the route of the manuscript, but Bukhari did not narrate it through that route. He narrated it, with similar wording, at 10:465–466 Fath, from the narration of Abu Salama from Abu Hurairah. A similar meaning was also narrated at 10:467 Fath, from the hadith of Saeed bin Musayab from Abu Hurairah. Its meaning has already appeared through various routes from Abu Hurairah at numbers 7256, 7509, 7668, and 7896.
