Its isnad is sahih, and it is found in Jami al-Masanid 7:333. Hakim also related it in Mustadrak 1:465 through the route of Abu Naeem Fadl bin Dukayn, from Yunus bin Abu Ishaq, with the same content, similarly. He said, "This is a sahih hadith according to the criterion of the two Shaykhs, though they did not include it." Dhahabi agreed with him. But it should be noted, against both of them, that Bukhari did not narrate from Yunus bin Abu Ishaq in his Sahih. So it meets the criterion of Muslim alone.Bayhaqi related it in Sunan al-Kubra 5:58 from Hakim, and Haythami mentioned it in Majma al-Zawaid, 252, saying, "Ahmad related it, and its men are the men of the Sahih."As for the wording "yubahi" (boasts), this is what is established in M, Jami al-Masanid, and Majma al-Zawaid. In H it is "yunahi" (forbids), which appears as a variant reading in the margin of M.The meaning of this hadith has already passed in the hadith of Abdullah bin Amr, 7089, and we referred to it there.
