I heard Abu Qasim ﷺ say, "Seventy thousand of my nation will enter Paradise without reckoning."A man said, "Pray to Allah to make me one of them."Then another stood up and said, "Pray to Allah to make me one of them."He replied, "Ukkashah has beaten you to it."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن محمد بن زياد قال سمعت
سمعت أبا القاسم ﷺ يقول يدخل سبعون ألفا من أمتي الجنة بغير حساب فقال رجل ادع الله أن يجعلني منهم ثم قام آخر فقال ادع الله أن يجعلني منهم فقال سبقك بها عكاشة
Its isnad is sahih. Muslim narrated it in 1:78 through Rabi bin Ziyad, then through Shubah, both of them from Muhammad bin Ziyad, from Abu Hurairah. Bukhari narrated it in 11:358-359, at greater length but with similar wording, through Saeed bin Musayab, from Abu Hurairah. Likewise, Muslim narrated it in 1:78 through Saeed bin Musayab.
