Abu Hurairah reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed effeminate men who imitate women, masculine women who imitate men, men who renounce marriage saying, "We will not marry," women who do the same, and the one who travels alone through the wilderness.This weighed heavily on the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, until it became visible on their faces.He also mentioned the one who sleeps the night alone.

Sahihحدثنا أيوب بن النجار عن طيب بن محمد عن عطاء بن أبي رباح
عن أبي هريرة قال
لعن رسول الله ﷺ مخنثي الرجال الذين يتشبهون بالنساء والمترجلات من النساء المتشبهين بالرجال والمتبتلين من الرجال الذين يقولون لا نتزوج والمتبتلات من النساء اللائي يقلن ذلك وراكب الفلاة وحده فاشتد ذلك على أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ حتى استبان ذلك في وجوههم وقال البائت وحده
Its chain of transmission is sahih, and it is a longer version of 7842, which we have already documented there. His saying, "those who say, we will not marry," is what is confirmed in 
. In the rest of the sources it reads, "the one who says, he will not marry." What we have confirmed is better and more correct. Tabattul means abstaining from women and giving up marriage.
