The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "We are the last to come yet the first on the Day of Resurrection. We will be the first of all people to enter Paradise, even though they were given the Scripture before us and we were given it after them. Allah guided us, by His permission, to the truth concerning which they had differed. This is the day to which Allah has guided us, and the people follow us in it. Tomorrow belongs to the Jews, and the day after to the Christians."
Its isnad is sahih. It has already appeared as no. 7395 from the narration of Abdullah bin Idris from Amash, and we noted there that Muslim narrated it, 1:234, from the narration of Jareer from Amash, and Khatib also narrated it in Tarikh Baghdad, 2:257, through Sufyan from Amash, similarly but in brief form. It has already appeared through two other routes, nos. 7308 and 7393. See also no. 7213, and the hadith following this one.
