The Prophet ﷺ said, "Injury caused by livestock carries no liability, a well carries no liability, and a mine carries no liability. On buried treasure, a fifth is due." Jubar means without compensation.
حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا معمر عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب وأبي سلمة
عن النبي ﷺ قال العجماء جبار والبئر جبار والمعدن جبار وفي الركاز الخمس والجبار الهدر
Its isnad is sahih. It is a repetition of 7253, from Sufyan, and 7450, from Ibn Jurayj, both of them from Zuhri, with the same wording. It has already appeared at 7120 through the narration of Ibn Sirin from Abu Hurairah. As for the phrase at the end here, "and liability is void," it appears to be from the words of Zuhri, inserted into the hadith, as becomes clear from the words of Hafiz in Fath al-Bari 12:225, where he explains it thoroughly.
