The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should prevent his neighbor from fixing a wooden beam onto his wall."Then Abu Hurairah said, "Why do I see you turning away from this? By Allah, I will keep throwing it between your shoulders."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن الزهري عن عبد الرحمن بن هرمز
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يمنعن أحدكم جاره أن يضع خشبة على جداره ثم يقول أبو هريرة مالي أراكم معرضين والله لأرمين بها بين أكتافكم
Its isnad is sahih. Abdul-Rahman bin Hurmuz is Aaraj. Ibn Kathir mentioned the hadith in Jami al-Masanid 7:239, citing this same place, and it has already passed at 7276, narrated by Sufyan, from Zuhri, with similar wording.
