I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "If you say to your companion 'Be quiet' while the imam is delivering the sermon on Friday, you have spoken idly."Ibn Bakr said in his narration, Ibn Shihab informed me, citing the narration of Umar bin Abdul-Aziz from Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Qariz from Abu Hurairah, and citing the narration of Saeed bin Musayab from Abu Hurairah, that he said, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say it.
حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا ابن جريج وابن بكر عن ابن جريج أخبرني ابن شهاب عن عمر بن عبد العزيز عن إبراهيم بن عبد الله بن قارظ عن أبي هريرة وعن سعيد بن المسيب
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إذا قلت لصاحبك أنصت والإمام يخطب يوم الجمعة فقد لغوت قال ابن بكر في حديثه قال أخبرني ابن شهاب عن حديث عمر بن عبد العزيز عن إبراهيم بن عبد الله بن قارظ عن أبي هريرة وعن حديث سعيد بن المسيب عن أبي هريرة أنه قال سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقوله
Both of its chains are sahih. Zuhri narrated it from Umar bin Abdul-Aziz, from Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Qarith, from Abu Hurairah. He also narrated it from Saeed bin Musayab, from Abu Hurairah. This has already appeared as 7328, through the narration of Abu Zinad, from Araj, from Abu Hurairah.
