The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would perform the witr prayer at the time of the call to prayer and pray the two rakahs of fajr at the time of the iqamah.
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أنبأنا إسرائيل عن أبي إسحاق عن الحارث
كان رسول الله ﷺ يوتر عند الأذان ويصلي ركعتي الفجر عند الإقامة
