Some women came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, we cannot get access to you in your gatherings because of the men. So set a day for us when we may come to you."He said, "Your appointed place is the house of so-and-so." He came to them on that day at that appointed time.Among the things he said to them was, "There is no woman who loses three of her children, seeking reward from Allah, but she will enter Paradise."One of the women asked, "Or two?"He replied, "Or two."

Its chain of transmission is sahih. I have not found it complete with this wording from Abu Hurairah except in this one place. It will come again in abbreviated form at 8903, from Qutayba, from Abdul-Aziz bin Muhammad, from Suhayl, with this same chain. However, the two sheikhs (Bukhari and Muslim) alluded to it briefly, as will be shown. Abu Salih Samman, who is the father of Suhayl, narrated something similar to this story from Abu Saeed Khudri as well. This will come in the Musnad at 11316 and 11709, through the narration of Shuba from Abdul-Rahman bin Asbahani, from Zakwan, who is Abu Salih Samman, from Abu Saeed.Bukhari narrated it in 1:175 and 3:97, through the route of Shuba, from Abdul-Rahman bin Asbahani. He also narrated it in 3:248, through the route of Abu Awana from Abdul-Rahman bin Asbahani. Muslim narrated it in 2:294, through the route of Abu Awana, then through the route of Shuba, and referred its wording to the narration of Abu Awana. Then the two sheikhs alluded to the narration of Abu Hurairah. Bukhari said in the first location, after the narration of Shuba, "And from Abdul-Rahman bin Asbahani, who said, 'I heard Abu Hazim narrate from Abu Hurairah, who said, "Three who have not reached puberty."'"Muslim said, after the narration of Shuba, "And both of them added [meaning Muhammad bin Jafar and Muaz bin Muaz], from Shuba, from Abdul-Rahman bin Asbahani, 'I heard Abu Hazim narrating from Abu Hurairah, who said, "Three who have not reached puberty."'"Bukhari said, in the second location, 3:98, "And Sharik said, from Ibn Asbahani, 'Abu Salih narrated to me, from Abu Saeed and Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet ﷺ, he said.' Abu Hurairah said, 'They had not reached puberty.'"This is Bukhari's characteristic way of alluding to the establishment of this hadith, from the narration of Abu Salih from Abu Hurairah, just as it is established from the narration of Abu Hazim from Abu Hurairah. He brought it as a suspended reference, with his words "And Sharik said," because Sharik's narrations do not meet his conditions for inclusion in the Sahih.Something of similar meaning has already passed, from the hadith of Ibn Masud, 3995. And something of this same meaning regarding the sins of men has also passed, 4314.His words, "counting them," mean that she counts their reward as due from Allah for her patience in bearing the calamity.
