The Prophet ﷺ said, "An injury caused by a stray animal carries no liability, a mine carries no liability, and a well carries no liability. On buried treasure, a fifth is due."
حدثنا سفيان عن الزهري عن سعيد وأبي سلمة
عن النبي ﷺ قال العجماء جرحها جبار والمعدن جبار والبئر جبار وفي الركاز الخمس
Its isnad is sahih, and it is a repetition of 7120.
