Its chain of transmission is sahih. Fudayl bin Ghazwan, the father of Muhammad bin Fudayl, his reliability was already established at 2036, and it should be added here that Bukhari mentioned him in al-Kabir 4/1:122, and Ibn Abu Hatim in al-Jarh wal-Tadil 3/2:74, and his reliability was reported from Ahmad bin Hanbal and Yahya bin Main. Abu Hazim is al-Ashjai, whose name was Salman, as we explained at 7136. This hadith was narrated by Muslim 1:266 from Abu Kurayb and Wasil bin Abdul-Ala, and by Nasai 2:221 from Wasil bin Abdul-Ala, both of them from Muhammad bin Fudayl from his father from Abu Zura from Abu Hurairah. Muslim then narrated it right after that, from Abu Saeed al-Ashaj from al-Muharibi from Fudayl bin Ghazwan with this same chain, meaning from Abu Zura.It is thus clear from the narrations of Muslim and Nasai, together with Ahmad's narration here, that Fudayl bin Ghazwan heard it from Abu Zura and also heard it from Abu Hazim, both of them from Abu Hurairah, and that his son Muhammad bin Fudayl heard it and narrated it from his father by both routes.As for the wording "or increased," in [J] it reads "or increase," which is a clear printing error that we have corrected based on [K] and [M].
