The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The time for the noon prayer is when the sun has passed its zenith and a man's shadow equals his height, until the time of the afternoon prayer arrives. The time for the afternoon prayer lasts as long as the sun has not turned yellow. The time for the sunset prayer lasts until the twilight has disappeared. The time for the night prayer extends until midnight. And the time for the dawn prayer is from the breaking of dawn until the sun rises. When it rises, stop praying, for it rises between the two horns of Satan, or with the two horns of Satan."

قال رسول الله ﷺ وقت صلاة الظهر إذا زالت الشمس وكان ظل الرجل كطوله ما لم تحضر العصر ووقت صلاة العصر ما لم تصفر الشمس ووقت صلاة المغرب ما لم يغب الشفق ووقت صلاة العشاء إلى نصف الليل ووقت صلاة الصبح من طلوع الفجر ما لم تطلع الشمس فإذا طلعت فأمسك فإنها تطلع بين قرني شيطان أو مع قرني شيطان
Its isnad is sahih. It has already appeared as 6966 from the narration of Abdul-Samad, from Hammam, with this same chain. Something similar to it has already appeared in brief form as 6993, from another route. See also 6970.
