The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled regarding the child of the Mutalaineen that he inherits from his mother and his mother inherits from him, and whoever accuses her of unchastity through him receives eighty lashes, and whoever calls him a child of fornication receives eighty lashes.

قضى رسول الله ﷺ في ولد المتلاعنين أنه يرث أمه وترثه أمه ومن قفاها به جلد ثمانين ومن دعاه ولد زنا جلد ثمانين
