Its isnad is daif, due to the anonymity of its narrator. Duwayd Khurasani was given an entry by Husayni in al-Ikmal, p. 34, where he said, "Unknown." Hafiz did not include him in al-Tajil. Dhahabi mentioned him in al-Mushtabih, p. 204, saying, "Duwayd bin Tariq, from whom Ali bin Asim narrated." And Duwayd is spelled with two dotless dals, in the diminutive form. The meaning of the hadith has already appeared, at length and in brief, with sahih chains, including 6510 and 6930.
