The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Avoid these vessels: the gourd, the pitch-coated jar, and the green earthenware jar." Sharik said that he mentioned other items as well.An Arabi said to him, "We have no other vessels."He replied, "Drink what is permissible, and do not become intoxicated."I repeated the question to Sharik, and he said, "Drink, but do not drink an intoxicant, and do not become intoxicated."

قال رسول الله ﷺ اجتنبوا من الأوعية الدباء والمزفت والحنتم قال شريك وذكر أشياء قال فقال له أعرابي لا ظروف لنا فقال اشربوا ما حل ولا تسكروا أعدته على شريك فقال اشربوا ولا تشربوا مسكرا ولا تسكروا
