Its isnad is sahih. Imran Qattan is Imran bin Dawar, whose reliability was established earlier at 3818. Amir Ahwal is Amir bin Abdul-Wahid. The hadith is an abridged version of 6681 and 6933. Al-daawah means al-dawah, both with a kasrah on the dal, and it refers to claiming as one's own a child who is not truly one's own.
