The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The testimony of a betrayer is not valid, nor that of one who has been punished by a prescribed penalty in Islam, nor that of one who harbors a grudge against his brother."
حدثنا يزيد أخبرنا الحجاج ومعمر بن سليمان الرقي عن الحجاج بن أرطاة
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تجوز شهادة خائن ولا محدود في الإسلام ولا ذي غمر على أخيه
