The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was cupped, then he instructed me to pay the cupper his fee.
حدثنا أبو النضر هاشم وأبو داود قالا حدثنا ورقاء عن عبد الأعلى الثعلبي عن أبي جميلة
احتجم رسول الله ﷺ فأمرني أن أعطي الحجام أجره
Its chain is daif due to the weakness of Abdul-Ala Thalabi. Warqa is Ibn Umar bin Kulayb, and he is trustworthy. Abu Jamilah is Tahawi, the standard-bearer of Ali, whose name was Maysara bin Yaqub. Ibn Hibban mentioned him in al-Thiqat. Its meaning will also come again at 1129, 1130, 1136.
