The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The testimony of a treacherous man or woman is not valid, nor is the testimony of someone harboring resentment against his brother. The testimony of a dependent on behalf of the household that supports him is not valid, but his testimony is valid concerning others. The dependent is the one whom the household maintains."

قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تجوز شهادة خائن ولا خائنة ولا ذي غمر على أخيه ولا تجوز شهادة القانع لأهل البيت وتجوز شهادته لغيرهم والقانع الذي ينفق عليه أهل البيت
