The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was neither obscene nor one who used vulgar speech. He used to say, "The best among you are those with the finest character."Ibn Numayr's version reads, "Indeed, the best among you are those with the finest character."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا الأعمش عن شقيق وابن نمير قال أخبرنا الأعمش عن شقيق عن مسروق
لم يكن رسول الله ﷺ فاحشا ولا متفحشا وكان يقول من خياركم أحاسنكم أخلاقا قال ابن نمير إن خياركم أحاسنكم أخلاقا
