The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Charity is not lawful for a wealthy person, nor for a person who is sound of body."Abdul-Rahman said, "Strong."Abdul-Rahman bin Mahdi said that Saad did not raise it as a marfu report, nor did his son, meaning Ibrahim bin Saad.
حدثنا وكيع وعبد الرحمن عن سفيان عن سعد بن إبراهيم عن ريحان بن يزيد العامري
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تحل الصدقة لغني ولا لذي مرة سوي وقال عبد الرحمن قوي وقال عبد الرحمن بن مهدي ولم يرفعه سعد ولا ابنه يعني إبراهيم بن سعد
Its isnad is sahih, and it is a repetition of 6530. We have already given a detailed discussion of it there, and pointed out this narration, as well as Abdul-Rahman bin Mahdi's statement that neither Saad nor his son raised it to the Prophet.
