The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever drinks wine and becomes intoxicated, his prayer will not be accepted for forty nights. If he drinks it again and becomes intoxicated, his prayer will not be accepted for forty nights. If he drinks it a third time and becomes intoxicated, his prayer will not be accepted for forty nights. And the third and the fourth time, if he drinks it, his prayer will not be accepted for forty nights. If he then repents, Allah will not accept his repentance, and it will be Allah's right to give him to drink from the spring of Khabal."Someone asked, "What is the spring of Khabal?"He replied, "The pus of the people of the Fire."
حدثنا بهز حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن يعلى بن عطاء عن نافع بن عاصم
عن النبي ﷺ قال من شرب الخمر فسكر لم تقبل صلاته أربعين ليلة فإن شربها فسكر لم تقبل صلاته أربعين ليلة فإن شربها فسكر لم تقبل صلاته أربعين ليلة والثالثة والرابعة فإن شربها لم تقبل صلاته أربعين ليلة فإن تاب لم يتب الله عليه وكان حقا على الله أن يسقيه من عين خبال قيل وما عين خبال قال صديد أهل النار
