Its isnad is sahih. Saeed is Ibn Abu Aruba. Al-Hafiz mentioned this hadith in Fath al-Bari 4:204, and he said, "Nasai narrated it, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih." I did not find it in Sunan Nasai, nor did Ibn Athir mention it in Jami Usul, nor did Haythami mention it in Majma al-Zawaid. The basic story is sahih and established from the hadith of Juwayriyah, Mother of the Believers, herself . Bukhari narrated it, 4:203–204. Ahmad narrated it in the Musnad, 6:324, 430, Halabi edition.As for Ibn Abu Aruba's statement at the end of this hadith, "Matar agreed with me on it, from Saeed bin Musayab," this points to the fact that he preserved and mastered the hadith from Qatada from Ibn Musayab, and that Matar the scribe reported it to him in the same way from Ibn Musayab. It also points to a refutation of the view that Ibn Abu Aruba erred in this isnad, giving preference instead to the narration of Shuba and Hammam from Qatada from Abu Ayub from Juwayriyah. This is because Ibn Abu Aruba was reliable in what he narrated. So both narrations turn out to be preserved together.
