An Arabi came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "My father wants to take all my wealth."He replied, "You and your wealth belong to your father. The best of what you eat is from your own earnings, and your children's wealth is part of your earnings, so eat from it with enjoyment."

أتى أعرابي رسول الله ﷺ فقال إن أبي يريد أن يجتاح مالي قال أنت ومالك لوالدك إن أطيب ما أكلتم من كسبكم وإن أموال أولادكم من كسبكم فكلوه هنيئا
