I said, "Messenger of Allah, in how many days should I recite the Quran?"He replied, "Recite it once every month."I said, "I am able to do more than that."He said, "Then recite it in twenty-five days."I said, "I am able to do more than that."He said, "Then recite it in twenty days."I said, "I am able to do more than that."He said, "Then recite it in fifteen days."I said, "I am able to do more than that."He said, "Then recite it in seven days."I said, "I am able to do more than that."He said, "Whoever recites it in less than three days does not truly understand it."

قلت يا رسول الله في كم أقرأ القرآن قال اقرأه في كل شهر قال قلت إني أقوى على أكثر من ذلك قال اقرأه في خمس وعشرين قلت إني أقوى على أكثر من ذلك قال اقرأه في عشرين قال قلت إني أقوى على أكثر من ذلك قال اقرأه في خمس عشرة قال قلت إني أقوى على أكثر من ذلك قال اقرأه في سبع قال قلت إني أقوى على أكثر من ذلك قال لا يفقهه من يقرؤه في أقل من ثلاث
