He used to do ramal during the first three circuits from the Black Stone to the Black Stone and walk at his normal pace during the remaining four. He said, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to do this.
حدثنا أسباط حدثنا عبد الله بن عمر عن نافع
أنه كان يرمل ثلاثا من الحجر إلى الحجر ويمشي أربعا على هينته قال وكان رسول الله ﷺ يفعله
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Abdullah bin Umar is Umari. The hadith is an abridgment of 6081.
