The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever sells a slave, the slave's wealth belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever sells palm trees that have already been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
