Tawus bin Kaysan reported,

He heard Ibn Umar being asked about a man who divorced his wife while she was menstruating.He replied, "Do you know Abdullah bin Umar?"The questioner said, "Yes."Ibn Umar said, "He divorced his wife while she was menstruating, so Umar went to the Prophet ﷺ and told him what had happened, and he commanded him to take her back."The narrator said, "I did not hear him add anything more than that."Rawh said, "Command him to take her back."

حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا ابن جريج وروح قال حدثنا ابن جريج

أخبرني ابن طاوس عن أبيه

أنه سمع ابن عمر يسأل عن رجل طلق امرأته حائضا فقال أتعرف عبد الله بن عمر قال نعم قال فإنه طلق امرأته حائضا فذهب عمر رضي الله عنه إلى النبي ﷺ فأخبره الخبر فأمره أن يراجعها قال ولم أسمعه يزيد على ذلك قال روح مره أن يراجعها
