The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Permit women to go to the mosques at night."A son of Abdullah bin Umar said, "By Allah, we will prevent them, for they will take it as a means to pursue their own affairs."Abdullah bin Umar said to him, "May Allah do such and such to you! I tell you that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said it, and you say, 'We will not let them go'?"
حدثنا ابن نمير حدثنا الأعمش عن مجاهد قال
قال رسول الله ﷺ ائذنوا للنساء في المساجد بالليل فقال ابن لعبد الله بن عمر والله لنمنعهن يتخذنه دغلا لحوائجهن فقال فعل الله بك وفعل أقول قال رسول الله ﷺ وتقول لا ندعهن
