The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever declares his brother a disbeliever, one of them has surely incurred it."
حدثنا ابن نمير وحماد بن أسامة قالا حدثنا عبيد الله عن نافع
عن النبي ﷺ قال من كفر أخاه فقد باء بها أحدهما
Its isnad is sahih, it is a repetition of 5933, and an abridgment of 5824.
