The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should propose marriage to a woman already engaged to his brother, nor should he negotiate a sale over the sale of his brother, except with his permission."
حدثنا ابن نمير ومحمد بن عبيد قالا حدثنا عبيد الله عن نافع
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لا يخطب أحدكم على خطبة أخيه ولا يبيع على بيع أخيه إلا بإذنه
