The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five creatures that a person may kill while consecrated for pilgrimage without incurring any blame, the scorpion, the mouse, the vicious dog, the crow, and the kite."
قال أبي وقرأت على عبد الرحمن مالك عن نافع أيضا
Its isnad is sahih, and it is a repetition of what came before it. It is similar to it, from the narration of Malik from Nafi. But this one is from the narration of Abdul-Rahman bin Mahdi from Malik, while the one before it is from the narration of Ishaq bin Isa Tabbaa from Malik.
