The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five animals which, if killed by someone in the state of ihram, bring no sin upon him: the scorpion, the mouse, the rabid dog, the crow, and the kite."
قال قرأت على عبد الرحمن: مالك قال و حدثنا إسحاق حدثنا مالك عن عبد الله بن دينار
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال خمس من الدواب من قتلهن وهو محرم فلا جناح عليه العقرب والفأرة والكلب العقور والغراب والحدأة
Its isnad is sahih. It is in Muwatta 1:327 with this same isnad, from the narration of Abdullah bin Dinar from Ibn Umar. He also narrated it through Nafi from Ibn Umar, and Nafi's narration will follow shortly after this, through both routes. It has already occurred many times through both routes, the first at 4461 and the last at 5541.
