The Prophet ﷺ was approached while he was at his resting place at Dhul-Hulayfah in the bottom of the valley, and it was said to him, "You are in a blessed plain."Musa said, "Salim made our camels kneel at the very spot where Abdullah used to make his camel kneel, seeking out the resting place of the Prophet ﷺ. It is below the mosque that lies in the bottom of the valley, midway between the mosque and the road."
حدثنا سليمان بن داود الهاشمي أخبرنا إسماعيل أخبرني موسى بن عقبة
أن النبي ﷺ أتي وهو في معرسه من ذي الحليفة في بطن الوادي فقيل له إنك ببطحاء مباركة فقال موسى وقد أناخ بنا سالم بالمناخ الذي كان عبد الله ينيخ به يتحرى معرس النبي ﷺ وهو أسفل من المسجد الذي في بطن الوادي بينه وبين الطريق وسطا من ذلك
Its isnad is sahih. It is a longer version of 5594, 5995, 6004, and see also 5922, 6132. The addition "moderate [in that]" at the end of the hadith comes from a second copy in the margin of L and M.
