A man performed liaan against his wife during the time of the Prophet ﷺ and disowned her child. The Prophet ﷺ separated them and assigned the child to the woman.

أن رجلا لاعن امرأته في زمن النبي ﷺ وانتفى من ولدها ففرق النبي ﷺ بينهما وألحق الولد بالمرأة
