Abdullah bin Umar reported,

The Prophet ﷺ stoned a Jewish man and a Jewish woman.Ubayy said, "I heard this from Ali bin Hashim bin al-Barid in the year seventy-nine, in the first year I sought hadith, in one sitting. Then I returned to him for another sitting and found that he had died. It was the same year in which Malik bin Anas died."

أن النبي ﷺ رجم يهوديا ويهودية قال قال أبي سمعت من علي بن هاشم بن البريد في سنة تسع وسبعين في أول سنة طلبت الحديث مجلسا ثم عدت إليه المجلس الآخر وقد مات وهي السنة التي مات فيها مالك بن أنس
