Safiya bint Abu Ubayd reported,

Ibn Umar saw a young boy with tufts of hair left on his head while the rest was shaved. He said, "Do you not know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade shaving a child's head in this patchy manner?"

رأى ابن عمر صبيا في رأسه قنازع فقال أما علمت أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى أن تحلق الصبيان القزع
