Its isnad is daif due to the weakness of Atiya Awfi, whose weakness was already discussed at 3010. The hadith appears in Majma al-Zawaid 2:71, where it is said, Ahmad and Tabarani in Al-Kabir narrated it, and its isnad is hasan. See also 5044.
