The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I saw at the Kaabah, near the Maqam, a man of Adam complexion with straight hair, leaning his hand on two men, his head pouring or dripping with water. I asked, 'Who is this?' I was told, 'Isa bin Maryam,' or 'al-Masih bin Maryam,' I do not recall which was said. Then I saw behind him a ruddy-complexioned man with curly hair, blind in his right eye, the most resembling person I have ever seen to Ibn Qatan. I asked, 'Who is this?' I was told, 'al-Masih al-Dajjal.'"
Its isnad is sahih, and it is a repeat of 4977. "The right eye" is a case of adding the description to the thing described. In L it reads "the right eye," and what is here is confirmed by a manuscript in whose margin it reads "the one from whom I saw," while in K it reads "the one by whom I saw."
