Abu Aliyah reported,
We were at Uthman's door 
during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah.

Its chain of transmission is sahih. Jafar bin Muhammad bin Fudayl is trustworthy. Abu Khaldah, with the kha having a fatha and the lam being silent, is Khalid bin Dinar Tamimi Saadi, who is trustworthy. This report is among the additions of Abdullah bin Ahmad, and it will come again at 551 by way of Imam Ahmad from Abu Naeem.
