I was sitting with the Prophet ﷺ and heard him seek forgiveness one hundred times, then he said, "Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, and accept my repentance. You are indeed the Acceptor of Repentance, the Merciful," or, "You are indeed Oft-Returning, Forgiving."

كنت جالسا عند النبي ﷺ فسمعته استغفر مائة مرة ثم يقول اللهم اغفر لي وارحمني وتب علي إنك أنت التواب الرحيم أو إنك تواب غفور
