The oath the Messenger of Allah ﷺ swore by most often was, "No, by the One who turns the hearts."
قال وأخبرنا سالم
أكثر ما كان رسول الله ﷺ يحلف بهذه اليمين يقول لا ومقلب القلوب
Its chain of transmission connects to the one before it, and the one who says, "Salim informed us," is Musa bin Uqba. The hadith is a repetition of 4788, and reference to it was already made there.
