The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade a person in the state of ihram from wearing a garment touched by wars dye or saffron.
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن عبد الله بن دينار
نهى رسول الله ﷺ أن يلبس المحرم ثوبا مسه ورس أو زعفران
Its chain of transmission is sahih, and it is a repetition of what came before it.
