The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five creatures that a person in the state of ihram may kill without incurring any sin, the biting dog, the crow, the kite, the mouse, and the snake."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن عبد الله بن دينار سمعت
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال خمس ليس على حرام جناح في قتلهن الكلب العقور والغراب والحديا والفأرة والحية
