I wrote to Nafi asking him about the supplication to be made at the time of battle, and he wrote back to me, "That was only in the early days of Islam. The Prophet of Allah ﷺ launched a raid against Banu Mustaliq while they were unaware, with their livestock drinking at the water. He killed their fighting men and took their women and children as captives. On that day he took Juwayriyah, the daughter of Harith. Abdullah narrated this to me, and he was part of that expedition."
